How I beat my phobia of forests

I know this is quite a common phobia but gradual exposure worked for me:-

Start by exposing yourself to forests in a controlled and gradual manner. Begin with pictures or videos of forests, then progress to visiting a small wooded area or a park with trees. As you become more comfortable, gradually increase the duration and intensity of your exposure.

Hopefully, like me, you will eventually become more used to forests and your fear will subside.
