Ok so I’m a youtube watcher and lately I’ve heard a lot about videos containing ASMR and to be honest I had no idea what it was so I researched it:

ASMR stands for Autonomous sensory meridian response and it’s basically the noises that you hear in many youtube videos as a result of rustling items, tapping, whispering etc. The point is that ASMR is supposed to be very relaxing and can help with insomnia, panic attacks and anxiety. After reading about ASMR I was surprised and had a little revelation because often to get myself to sleep I’ll listen to a youtube video and I usually tend to pick videos where people are showing new products and taking them out of the packaging so I was actually indulging in ASMR without realising it! I strongly recommend giving this a try at some point and there’s actually some videos intentionally dedicated to ASMR.Trust me it really does relieve insomnia and helps you relax.

Here’s a youtube channel dedicated to ASMR-

Please let me know how you get on if you give this a try :)
