Perhaps the hardest step towards recovering from any phobia is recognising that you have a problem which needs to be addressed. There are many personal aspects to recovering from phobias and anxiety and we will be adding more information in the coming weeks and months regarding our own very personal battles which we have thankfully both overcome.
