A phobia of clowns is a big problem for many and recent incidents involving people running around with clown masks are not funny. Have you been affected?

This is all getting a little out of hand as I see the police are now warning those dressed as clowns and trying to frighten people that they could be arrested. I heard a rumour that this clown trend currently sweeping the world has something to do with a new movie coming out?

Experts believe this fad will soon fade out but with Halloween approaching there could be many more "killer clown" stories in the short term. This is not funny for those who have a phobia of clowns.
