How do you control your phobias and anxiety?

There are many different methods for beating and living with phobias and the fact that we are all very different means that what works for one person may not always work for another. My own particular technique for controlling my phobias and anxiety is to concentrate on important people in my life, what they would say and what they would do to support me. This works for me!
