What time of day are your phobias worst?

If you suffer from phobias, is there a particular time of day when they are more likely to emerge? Or is it simply on a scenario by scenario basis? The reason I ask is that in the morning I tend to be more anxious while by evening time, relaxing watching some television, I tend to be more relaxed. Maybe it is different for other people?

The timing of phobias can vary widely between different people as many phobias are prompted by actions or different scenarios which can take place any time of the day. As far as anxiety goes, I would certainly agree that waking up with elevated anxiety is not a good start on the day and can often encourage phobias to sneak up on you and catch you unawares.

Sure there is a particular time of the day but a know that if I wake up in "stressed" then at some point may phobias will raise their head. Make many people have said, sleep is the key in my view.
