Unless people have been there and felt the pain and agony of a panic attack they will not have a clue what it is like. Many years ago when I had my panic attacks it would feel as though my head bursting, the strain and the pressure were torture. Thankfully I learned how to read the signs and now I can stop them before they start.

Two things about this article and this video stand out to me. The first being the amount of views this video has received. I’m not sure how to interpret this but it could be that this subject has interested 400,000 people that are either suffering with anxiety themselves or know someone that is. Secondly the fact this man’s panic attack has come on by the worry of being judged when he goes back to work.We have spoke about acceptance and the worry of being judged many times before on this forum and it’s such a shame that this is an ongoing problem or worry for many of us suffering with anxiety and other mental health problems.
