Phobia of watching cowboy films where they eat food

This may sound like a very bizarre phobia but in the past I have struggled to watch cowboy films where they have been starving and then been given food. The way in which they wolfed down their food fills me with anxiety but it also makes me feel a little tearful and sad. I know this is just in the film but does anybody else experience anything at all like this?

This is not something I have heard of before but it doesn't necessarily surprise me. You can't control the mental and physical reaction brought on by a phobia and if this relates to watching somebody eat, it is not the strangest phobia I have ever seen.
