There is no doubt there is a strong link between OCD, depression, anxiety and phobias which can have a massive impact on your life. In many ways these conditions are linked to the way your brain reacts and the way you think. As a practitioner once put to me, when you are suffering from phobias and anxiety your brain is not quite wired up correctly and just needs reconnected. Sounds simple?

There are many ways in which you can retrain your brain, rewire the way you think and reduce your OCD, depression, anxiety and phobias. Breathing techniques take away the ever increasing heartbeat, the stress and the sweating which makes a difficult situation even worse. Once you are able to control the physical aspects of OCD, depression, anxiety and phobias you can then challenge the mental issues.

What are you scared of? Why are you scared? What is the worst case scenario? Also, remember that nobody ever died of a panic attack….fact
