My fear of flying is fairly strange to say the least because the first time I flew I absolutely loved it. This was many years ago and only after the journey did I find out that the turbulence we experienced was extremely strong. However, once I started to have panic attacks it then developed into a fear of flying which I can only assume is in some way connected?
How did I go from enjoying flying in the early days to a terrifying fear at the height of my panic attacks?
