I see a lot of people with phobias who also have OCD. Does OCD bring on phobias or do phobias bring on OCD? Or is there no connection?

I would be extremely surprised if there is not some kind of link but is this not a case of what came first, the chicken or the egg?

There is no doubt there is a strong link between phobias, anxiety and OCD. Maybe the confidence of beating one of these issues can help you beat the rest?
